Add bouillon cubes, sugar, and accent to hot water to dissolve. Add soy sauce and cornstarch and set aside. Heat oil in electric skillet or large skillet or wok. Add frozen vegetables or vegetables that will require longer cooking time like carrots.
Add remaining vegetables and meat. Cook about 10 minutes until nearly done. Add water/soy sauce mixture and simmer about 5 minutes to allow vegetables to absorb flavor. Add salt to taste.
Serve over rice.
