1. Clean blueberries with water and vinegar for 10-15 mins.
2. Add blueberries and sugar to a pot.
3. Add zest of about half a lemon and then squeeze half a lemon and add to pot.
4. Put on med/low heat and stir now and then till the sauce is simmering and thickens up to your liking. Let cool at room temp and then put in fridge.
5. Add to whatever you want to add it to and ENJOY
