Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2-quart casserole. In large bowl, combine eggs, cream style corn, sour cream and butter. Stir in whole kernel corn, cheese, onion, and chili peppers.
Add muffin mix, stirring just until moistened. Transfer mixture to prepared casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered about 1 1/4 hours or until top is golden and knife inserted comes out clean. If desired, sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese on top.

This comes out like bread, but makes a hearty side dish. Great served with chili.
