Mix ingredients very well and mash into a 2 inch deep 8X8 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Check periodically to see if you need to pour off drippings. Cook about 20-30 min more until it feels firm in the middle.
You can glaze it with a mixture of 1/2 cup ketsup, 1/8 cup brn sug and 1T worchestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp garlic pwd. Then bake 10 more min.
