Combine first 9 ingredients and add the egg and mix well. Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches around. Brown the balls in the oil and then drain them.
Mix sauce ingredients.
Put meat balls in a deep skillet or in a baking dish. Pour sauce over balls. If in a skillet, cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. If in a baking dish in the oven bake at 350 for 40 min.
