1 1/2 lbs. jambalaya pork, chopped

2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
|

1 can chicken broth
|

8-10 cups water (Cook thighs in this)

2 yellow onions, chopped
|
|
1 bellpepper, chopped
|
|
garlic, chopped
|
|
green onions
|

oil
|

Tony Chaceries
|
|
1 1/2 pkgs vermicilli
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil Chicken Thighs, reserve broth.
|
|
|
Saute vegatables in oil; add pork and cook until done. Add Rotel, Chicken broth, and chicken with reserved broth. Season to taste.

Cook 2 hours. Add vermicelli last 10-15 minutes.
