Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill on high heat. Place a large pot of water over high heat to boil. Salt the water and cook the pasta till Al dente'. While pasta cooks, in a bowl combine the garlic, salt , pepper, parsley and the evoo. Place half of the garlic mixture in another bowl with the shrimp, toss to coat evenly. Transfer the shrimp to a hot grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Until opaque.

While the shrimp are grilling preheat a large skillet over med heat. Add the reserved garlic mixture and the red pepper flakes, cook for 1-2 minutes or until the garlic is lightly toasted brown in color. Add wine to the skillet and cook for one minute.Then add couple ladles of the pasta cooking water to skillet, with lemon juice and the zest. Add the butter and stir until melted. Add the grilled shrimp, toss to coat. Then add the pasta, toss to coat again.
