2 loaves sandwich bread, opened and set out to dry
1 Tbs sage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk celery hearts
1 onion
2 sticks butter
turkey broth
Instructions
Melt butter and cook celery and onion slowly,15 minutes until soft. Add to bread with salt, pepper and sage. Mix well. Add broth until all bread is just moistened. Be careful not to add too much. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
