Brown ground chuck. Season with garlic and oregano.
Drain ground chuck and add tomato sauce, spagetti seasoning mix. Season to taste with additional garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil 4 quarts water on stovetop. Cook pasta according to directions.
Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to remove starch. Then, rinse with hot water to warm pasta prior to serving.
Heat bread according to directions.
