Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, onion,a nd pepper; mix well.
Unroll crescent dough; seperate into 2 rectangles on a cutting board. Press perforations together to seal. Spread cream cheese mixture on each rectangle. Starting at longest side, roll up each rectangle; press seams together to seal.
Cut each roll into 16 slices with a serrated knife. Place slices, cut side down, on a flat baking sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
