Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add
chicken. Allow to cook until tender and add
seasoning to taste, stirring frequently. Add sour
cream and stir.
Add vegetables to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Don't cook the vegetables too long or they will get
soggy.
Add in penne and mix together. Drizzle with shredded
cheese and allow the cheese to melt before serving.
