Place oil & garlic in pan & heat /fry to infuse garlic into the oil. Dip beef ham in flour to coat it, then dip in egg to coat, then re-dip into flour.Place in pan and cook till batter is cooked on underside. Turn over and repeat process--Beef ham should be cooked now on the inside. 3 or 4 pieces can be cooked at the same time depending on the size of frying pan.
This can be eaten hot or cold or frozen-----defrost before reheating
