farcis pork from the market that can be mixed the moitie with the farcis from leclerc... quantity depends on how many you are making ...

add to this
some milk but not too much
quelque biscott all crunched up
an egg
some onion
persil
seasoning
|

mix all this together and then cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides and keep what you scoop out and fill toms with the farcis.. you can put a wee bit of rice in the bottom of the tomato to suck up the excess moisture ( you can also make this recipe with courgettes)

Place the filled toms in a dish and then on the bottom of the dish place all the insides of toms or courgettes and the tops of toms ( you can also add a wee bit of water)
Cook long and slow........
