Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a 9x9
baking dish. In a small bowl, mix oil, onion
powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, paprika, and
garlic. Mix well. Add potatoes to bowl and mix
well, making sure all of the potatoes are evenly
coated. Roast, uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes,
stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender
and brown on the edges. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper and serve.
