4 boneless sirloin steaks (4-5 oz each)

1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
|

4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
|
|
1 tbsp dijon mustard
|
|
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
|
|
1 large shallot, finely chopped
|

Instructions |

|
Heat grill pan over medium heat. Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.

Brush steaks with 1 tsp oil. Grill steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 3 tsp oil, mustard,lemon juice, and shallot.

Place steaks on plates and drizzle evenly with sauce.
