In a large bowl mix first seven ingredients well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls.
Batter- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Dip each meatball into batter and coat well.
In a 10 inch skillet heat oil approx 1 inch deep. Fry meatballs about 3 minutes in hot oil. (I usually turn them over too). Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
Mustard sauce- prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl.
To serve as hors d'oeurves place sauce in small bowl in the center of a large plate and place meatballs around it.
