Layer refried beans on bottom of 9 inch round pan. Microwave cream
cheese until soft. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco
seasoning. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of
beans. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinke with tomatoes, onions, cilantro and black olives.
Top with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with
tortilla chips.
