For vinaigrette; place cumin in sauce pan cook 1 to 2 min. Juice lime to measure 5 T. of juice. Combine juice,cumin,honey,oregano,mustard,garlic and salt. In a sm. bowl whisk until smooth. Slowly add oil whisk and set aside. Place cabbage, celery, apples and add 1/2 of vinaigrette toss to coat.
