Pop popcorn and place in large bowl after shaking out kernals.

Combine butter, sugar, Karo and salt in sauce pan.
|

|
Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 4 minutes without stirring.
|
|
|
Remove from heat, add baking soda and vanilla. Drizzle over popcorn on backing sheets. Bake at 275 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes for one hour. Cool, break apart and store in container with lid.
