Try and cut each chicken breast to make it longer, open like a butterfly. DO NOT CUT INTO PIECES. Then cover in plastic wrap and with a tenderizer do your best to thin out the chicken breast. Do this process to each piece of chicken.

Season to taste each chicken breast. Place one slice of honey ham and pepper jack cheese on top of the chicken. Then do your best to roll everything into roll. Just like a cigar. Use toothpicks to keep in place. Once completed use the Shake and Bake on the chicken. Sprinkling is better because you will not unroll the chicken.

|
To protect and clean easily your bakeware, use aluminum foil. Place the chicken on bakeware and cover with foil paper for the time provided on the Shake and Bake box. After 20 minutes, uncover and cook for a little more, about either 10 or 20 minutes for the chicken to brown. Don't forget to make sure the inside of the chicken is 160F degrees to avoid any illnesses.
