Instructions |

|
Combine Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt with a whisk or sifter.
|

Add Eggs, Vanilla, Oil and Milk to dry ingredients and whisk until well combined. Batter should be relatively loose.

|
Turn electric griddle to approx. 325 degrees.
|
|
|
Pour batter in griddle to 6 inch rounds. When bubbles appear on top of the pancakes, flip them over and cook another few minutes.
