Brush pork chops with mustard on both sides. Sprinkle each side with Rosemary (ground or cracked) and garlic plus salt and pepper to taste.

Press each side of pork chops in crushed cereal and sprinkle with Paremsan cheese.
|
|
|
Place chops in baking dish that has been sprayed with baking spray or olive oil.
|
|
|
Bake 45-75 minutes at 350 until fork tender. Do not cover. Baking time will depend on thickness of chops. You may want to add a little bit more olive oil if using really thick chops.
