Add Marsala wine and sherry cooking wine, salt and pepper to a hot pan; reduce wine by 70 percent.
Sautee garlic, shallots, mushrooms and bacon and add reduced wine mixture together
Bread chicken breasts in flour that salt, peper and oregano was added to taste, cook 5 min each side and pour marsala sauce over chicken once cooked. Simmer until wine taste is gone..serve with noodles or herb fried potatoes
