Preheat oven to 325. In a deep round baking dish, pour the rice from the
box spread along the bottom of the baking dish. Add chicken (raw) on top
Sprinkle rice seasoning pack on top of the chicken.
In a small saucepan melt the cranberry sauce, butter, lemon juice, soy
sauce.
Pour mixture over the chicken and rice. Cover with baking dish lid or
lightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes and
can sprinkle with almonds at this time if desired.
