combine all veggies, slice potatoes if necessary, add celery salt, salt and pepper set aside. Saute or blanch chicken and add to veggie mixture. Grease crocks (individual) or deapdish pie crust (family style). If making crocks, cut both pie crusts into 4's. If making family style simply lay pie crust into pan. Put pie crust into bottom or each crock allowing to run up side of crock. put onto cookie sheet to make removal from oven easier after cooking. Spoom chicken veggie mixture into crocks or piepan leaving room for gravy
