Meat prep- wrap pork in foil put in roasting pan with 1 cup water and bake at 275 for 5 hours. Pull meat/ shred and let cool 20 min.

30 min before meat is done combine all other ingredients in a large cooking pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer. Add the meat to sauce and bring to boil.

|
Turn heat down and let simmer for 20 min. Meat needs this cooking time to absorb the flavor.

|
|
Serve! Makes enough for 8 burros, or 10 pork salads.
