Cut shortening in flour until pieces are the size of small peas.
Sprinkle with col water and repeat until all is moistened. Form into
ball and put on lightly floured pie mat.
Roll out 1/2 of dough onto lightly floured rolling pin until right size
for pie pan. Carefully remove pie crust from mat and lay in bottom
of pie pan. Fill with pie filling.
Repeat step 2 and lay top crust onto pie filling. Cut 3 slits into top
crust to let steam escape. Bake according to filling instructions
