In covered blender container at medium speed, blend cookes, 1/4 at a time, until finely crumbled; or place cookies in strong plastic bag and roll fine with rolling pin
In medium bowl, combine crumbs, nuts and cocoa. Stir in corn syrup and bourbon.
With hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in confectioners sugar to coat.
Cover tightly; store 3-4 days before serving.
