3 cups cut-up vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green OR red pepper)
1 can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Instructions
SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Push chicken to one side of skillet.
ADD vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
ADD soup, milk, soy and garlic powder and heat through. Serve over rice.
