Mix the mashed potatoes and the coconut and
powdered sugar together. Make into small round
balls. You may not need all the sugar, depending
on the potatoes. Add sugar gradually until right
consistency. Chill.
Melt in a double boiler 2 cups (16 ounces)
chocolate chips and 1 square bitter chocolate. Add
1/3 of 1 cake parowax. Roll balls in it. Reheat to
keep runny. Tastes like Mounds chocolate bar.
