Combine Rice, Soups, Water and Onions. Spread mixture in bottom of a large baking casserole dish which has been sprayed with PAM. Lay Chicken Breasts out in large flat pan; Salt and Pepper to taste and cover with melted Oleo. Place the Breasts on top of Rice and pour remaining Oleo over the Chicken and Rice. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees or until Chicken is tender and Rice is done to taste.
