Cook meat in bag in steamer or microwave. After it reaches 160F take meat ut of bag and put in a stock pot with the liquid. Add remaining ingredients, chili powder,paprika,salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Bring to boil
In a bowl add 1/2 cup of water and add flour make a smooth paste and add meat. Bring to a boil till it thickens up a little. It should be done now.
Can be served over white rice or spanish rice.
3/4 c. = 1.5 m/ma.
If served with rice 2/3 c.= 1 g/b and 1/4c f/v
