Place beef in roaster half filled with water; add salt, pepper and onions. Roast until tender. Take from roaster transferring to a container in which meat and seasoning can stand overnight.

The next day remove fat from beef, slice beef very very thin. Strain liquid and add all the seasonings. Bring all ingredients to boiling point. Remove from stove.

Place thinly sliced beef in layers sprinkling each with seasonings. Pour remaining liquid over meat in over pan. Place in 350 degree over for 30 minutes. Serve warm between fresh buns. Serve with small hot peppers.
