Sprinkle yeast over warm water and stir in the 2 tsp sugar. Let stand 5 min. Combine remaining ingredients with half flour. Beat to a smooth batter. Beat in the yeast mixture. Work in remaining flour.

Knead on floured surface, coating your hands in flour. Place dough in a heavily greased plastic food bag (we pour veg. oil in and mix to grease). Let doouble.

Punch down and split to form 2 15-inch pizza pans that have been greased and dusted in cornmeal. Add sauce and ingredients, spreading evenly over dough. Let rise about 20 min in warm place.

|
Bake at 450, about 20 to 25 minutes, puttiong one pizza at a time on center rack.

If you want, you can freez one pizza and thaw 30 minutes before baking. We also like to freeze the dough once it is in the bags.
