To make the dough, first mix together the dry ingredients,cut
the butter into pieces and add them to the mixture, kned it to an
even dough and put it into fridge for at least half an hour, for
the filling, peel the pears and apples and cut them into pieces,
mix the pieces together with other ingredients of the filling, take
the dough from the fridge and unfurl it on a floury surface, with
a glass, cut out 8 discs (there will be used to cover the
pies),divide the dough so that you have left into 8 even pieces
and place them into muffin pan covered with butter, fill the
dough baskets with filling and cover them with the discs, press
the corners together and make small holes for the steam to get
out, cover with churned egg and bake for 15 with 225C, after
which bake for another 15 minutes with 160C until pies are
goldbrown, serve with vanilla sauce.
