2 tbsp butter
|

3-4 green onions, sliced on a diagonal

1 cup whipping cream
|
|
1 grilled or broiled salmon fillet (about 3/4 lb), flaked
|

Chopped dill or parsley
|
|

Instructions |

|
Cook linguine according to package directions.
|
|
|
In saucepan, heat butter. Cook onions 2-3 minutes.
|
|
|
To saucepan, add cream; cook and stir 5-6 minutes.
Add salmon, heat through.
|
|
|
Toss linguine with cream sauce. Serve topped with
dill or parsley.
