2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Marinade

1 teaspoon of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of corn starch
|

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions |
|
|
Slice scallion diagonally, roughly chop garlic, and slice peppers.
Cube pork and marinade for 30 minutes and cook on high heat
until brown.

Peel carrots, dice it, and stir fry for 5-10 minutes until tender
|
|
|
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add scallion, garlic, pork, water, soy
sauce, sugar, and ground pepper.
|
|
|
Add carrots, reduce sauce to half of cup, serve over rice.
