1 graham cracker crust or 16 crushed graham crackers
16 tsp Oleo
2-2/3 C Cottage Cheese (fat free)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 sugar free Lemon Jello, sm box
8 oz Cool Whip (lite)
Instructions
Place 1/2 C boiling water in blender and add Jello to blend. Add 1 C Cottage Cheese and blend. Pour in Lemon Juice. Add remaining Cottage Cheese. Pour into crust and chill for a while.
