|
Boil Chicken about 20 mins. Remove from water and allow to cool
until able to handle without burning your fingers. Save 1/2 cup of
chicken broth.

When chicken has cooled, pull off the skin and discard. Remove
chicken from bones and discard bones. Then pull chicken apart into
tiny strips or shredded look.

|
|
Place 1/2 up of saved chicken broth back into pot and add
shredded chicken and favorite BBQ sauce.
|
|
|
Heat for 15 minutes on stove top. Place on a roll or bun of choice.
