1 pkg. El Monterey frozen bean and cheese burritos, thawed
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
11/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 pkg. chicken taco seasoning
1/4 c. Ranch dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Place chicken in large pot and cover with water. Reduce heat and simmer gently, covered for 10 minutes. Remove all but 1/4 cup water and add chicken taco seasoning. Mix. Add ranch dressing.
Coat 13x9 dish with non-stick spray. Add burritos cutting to fin in a tight single layer (10-12 burritos). Scatter the chicken over the top.
In medium bowl, mix together milk, soup, olives and 1 cup of cheese. Pour mixture evenly over chicken and burritos. Top w/ remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until heated throughly and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
