Brown 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts and thighs in skillet. Carmalize a red onion and garlic in skillet with EVOO. Add 1- 1/2 pounds tomato sauce, paprika, hot sauce, 2 tabblspoons brown sugar, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons worchestire sauce. Add stock and let thicken pour over chicken. Pour 1/2 cup bourbon into skillet and burn off. Add orange zest then add stock, Make cornbread mix and pour on top of chicken. Bake and add cheddar cheese and onions to cornbread mix. Bake according to cornbread recipe
