In dutch oven heat oil and fry fideo to white color. Add onion and fry until fideo is golden brown. Stir constantly through this process.

Stir in tomato sauce and cook into fideo (until it is absorbed). Continuing to stir constantly.

|
Pour in water and bouillon. Simmer for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Remove from heat and cover until serving time.
