Preheat oven to 450. Slice sweet potatoes inot 1/2 inch thick slices. Spray baking sheet with spray. Arrange potato slices on baking sheet in single layer. Roast for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375.
Blend butter and brown sugar. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste; blend well. Brush on potato slices. Arrange 4 mini marshmallows upright on half of slices. Stack a similar size slice on top of the marshmallows.
Return to oven, bake 2-3 more minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt.
