6-8 green Chile Peppers, roasted, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 large clove of Garlic
1/2 lb. Velvetta Cheese
1/4 lb Longhorn Cheese, grated or cubed
1/3 C thin Cream or Canned Milk ( I use half and half)
Instructions
Saute onions in the oil until clear and soft, using a frying pan of sufficient size to hold entire mixture. Then add the chopped chile, mashed garlic and the cheese. When cheese is thoroughly melted, add the milk and stir well. Do not allow mixture to come to a boil.
