Melt butter in microwave. add sugar, cocoa and mix well (not beat), add eggs & mix, stir in milk and vanilla and mix well. Pour in unbaked shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and cook for 25 to 30 minutes longer. If your crust is browning before pie is done, put foil on crust or use an aluminum crust ring after crust is set.
(I made them into miniature pies, which is a pain, but cook them at 350 degrees first and then 325 till done.)
