½ cup sugar (can use more for taste; I do 1/2 regular sugar & 1/2 Splenda)
8 oz crushed pineapple w/juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
8 oz pineapple rings
Maraschino cherries
Instructions
Boil noodles & drain.
Beat eggs w/melted butter and cinnamon
Add sugar and vanilla; beat well until blended
Stir in crushed pineapple w/juice and cooked noodles
Pour into baking dish
Place pineapple rings over top
7. Add cherries to the holes or opening on top
Cover w/foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes; UNCOVER and bake for 20 minutes more. The top will be lightly browned
