Combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in 2 qt pan. Bring
to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil for 5
minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches
234°F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add
marshmallow, nuts, and vanilla and beat until well blended. Pour
into greased 8x9 pan and cool.
