Preheat oven to 350. Combine pretzels, sugar and butter. Mix well
and press in 9 by 13 pan. Bake pretzel crust for 15 min. Remove to
wire rack and cool.
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Fold in cool
whip and marshmallow. Spread mixture over pretzel crust.
Boil water. Add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add strawberries. Pour
over second layer in dish.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut is squares to serve.
