Place chicken in crock pot. Mix the lime juice and chili powder and
cover chicken. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high/medium or 6
hours on low.
Remove chicken from crockpot and shred (with fork). Drain all or
most of the juice (depending on taste) and place the chicken back
into the crockpot.
Drain corn and add it and salsa to crockpot. Mix corn, salsa and
chicken together. Heat for 30 min or until heated thoroughly.
Serve as part of salad, quesadilla, taco, etc.
