In an 8-10 inch fry pan over medium heat stir 5 spice until fragrant, abt 30 seconds. Stir in oil, shallots and garlic. Add ground pork, stir often breaking apart until crumbly and no longer pink, abt 15 minutes. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.

Bake 375 degrees just until filing is warm and crust is crisp, abt 5 min. Remove from oven and fill each with 1/6th cucumbers, salad mix, basil and fried shallots.
Add more chili past and salt to taste
